Bringing your loved one into our professional care from the place where they pass away (home, hospital, care home, or nursing home within a 30-mile radius).

Providing immediate 24 hour support, reassurance and guidance from your initial call.

Caring for your loved one locally until the Heartfelt cremation takes place.

A local crematorium for cremation.

Discussion with you to arrange a suitable date and time for the cremation (this allowing you to remember your loved one in your own way, by lighting a candle, being in a place of peace and comfort or in your home comforts with quiet reflection).

Providing a traditional coffin for your loved one to be laid to rest in.

Your loved one’s ashes are returned safely in person, giving you peace of mind and eliminating the risk of them being lost.

On the day the cremation takes place, our caring and professional team of funeral directors and pall bearers will transport your loved one to the crematorium in a Jaguar Hearse.
